Our professional powder coating facility can take aluminium extrusions, sheets, components, castings, flashings and pressings - all finished to the highest quality. By integrating finishing into our end-to-end service, you avoid logistical delays or risks from third-party outsourcing. By keeping the finishing process in-house, we keep every component under our watchful eye and strict quality control, right from the moment the aluminium is cut to the moment it goes out the door.

Technical excellence is a key element of everything we do, including in our finishing department. As well as our integral in-line pre-treatment process, we use a state-of-the-art WAGNER booth for applying the powder coat. This allows for high-precision application of the powder and ensures uniform thickness and flawless coverage even on complex shapes. Even the most advanced technology is only ever as good as the people using it; our finishing department is staffed by our highly experienced team, who have a deep understanding of powder flow and curing cycles. The combination of excellent hardware and technical expertise lets us process pieces up to 6000mm in length, making us an ideal partner for large-scale architectural profiles as well as smaller, intricate components.

Colour and Texture Options

We offer an exhaustive range of finishes, including all RAL and BS colours, as well as specialised anodic-effect colours for those seeking a premium metallic aesthetic. As well as the colour, we can provide various textured finishes, which can provide even greater durability against scratches or abrasion, disguise imperfections in the underlying metal, or even provide better grip in wet conditions. Our flexible and efficient production line lets us deliver industry-leading turnaround times, ensuring that even bespoke or high-volume orders are delivered exactly when needed without compromising on excellence.
